Tsalt Citrus Vine Smoked Garlic Rosemary Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of peeled White Shrimp
- 1/2 Cup (aka- 1 stick) butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 sticks Rosemary
- 2 Tablespoon of Tsalt Citrus Vine (or season to taste)
- 1/4 lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 Bottle of Dry White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio)
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp, devein, de-shell as needed
- Apply Tsalt Citrus Vine seasoning to both sides of shrimp
- In a bowl, melt one stick of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic
- Using a large cast iron skillet or an 8x8 foil pan, place shrimp evenly around.
- Pour butter and garlic mix onto shrimp, followed by the half bottle of dry white wine.
- Squeeze 1/4 of a lemon into pan and place the four sticks of rosemary on top of the shrimp
- Get smoker or grill up to 275F with your desired wood pellets or charcoal. Once ready, place skillet or pan on grill over indirect heat for 20-25 minutes. Shrimp will turn an orangish color when finished.
- If no grill available, follow the same instructions and cook in your oven.
